Thanks Lofty

Lofty Tottenham, OAM, recently retired as our webmaster after many years of volunteer service. He built the CFA's first website in 1997 and has maintained it ever since, (with occasional assistance from CFA member John Vacarro). We are sure Lofty won't mind us saying that although he doesn't look it, he was probably Australia's oldest webmaster.

We are extremely grateful for his efforts which have helped raise the profile of the NSW CFA and made the work of communicating with our members so much easier.

In 2003 Lofty was recognised in the Queens Birthday Honours by being made a Member of the Order of Australia, "for service to the community, particularly through support for recreational freshwater angling". His efforts as our volunteer webmaster for so many years are typical of the contribution he makes to our fishing clubs and representative organisations.
